How to avoid enable test sign in x64-based windows vista/windows server 2008/windows 7/8

Hello,
I had read the com0com's readme.txt.I can install the com0com in x64-bsed windows 7.But I do not want to enable test signing.How can I avoid this?Can I signed the driver by myself?
