`hi clear` cause conflicts with other plugins

vim.cmd('hi clear')

This line will reset all highlight groups to default, and remove some highlight groups that added by other plugins(e.g. nvim-tree/nvim-web-devicons).

I used to comment this line, and the plugins worked well, but the configure custom_hlgroups didn't work😪
