Files:  Transient dependency on log4j 1.x brought in by irods and globus jars

Log4J 1.x has some security issues.  It's not likely to be a real issue for us, but it comes up in security audits.  Also I'm not 100% certain it's not an issue for us.  Hopefully there is a way to remove those dependencies.
