Issue connection with Ledger on Block.io #166

Hi,
I have a WAX account on block.io. connected with my Ledger Nano X
In April 2021, I have no problem, I can connect to my account easily.
But now, they don't recognize my Ledger, and tell me "make sure you have the latest EOS firmware (I have the latest firmware 1.4.2).
Moreover, the public key on block.io is the same on my Ledger, and I can see that my fund is still here.
What's the matter ? Any solutions to resolve it ?
