postgres `jdbcUrl` configuration is always overridden by concatenation

A client can't set the postgrest `jdbcUrl` property; it is [always overridden](https://github.com/target/lite-for-jdbc/blob/main/src/main/kotlin/com/target/liteforjdbc/postgres/PostgresDataSourceBuilder.kt#L12) to be a concatenation of the host, port, and databaseName.

If a client sets the `jdbcUrl`, we shouldn't set it.
