[FR] Always On Top Toggle

Hi!

I use OVR Toolkit to view multiple irDashies windows while in VR. To keep things organized, I typically move the irDashies overlay windows onto my second monitor so they’re out of the way. However, I also use that monitor for apps like Discord, which makes the always‑on‑top behavior a bit inconvenient.

Would it be possible to add a toggle to disable “Always on Top” for the irDashies overlay windows? This would allow them to remain on the second screen without covering other applications. If there’s already a way to do this, I’d love to know!
