1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using NFC Manager ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

NFC Manager is a privacy-focused Android application designed to help users monitor and manage their NFC (Near Field Communication) settings. The App provides:

  • Real-time NFC status monitoring
  • Privacy alerts and notifications
  • Activity logging and reporting
  • Background monitoring services
  • Custom notification settings

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

3.1 Open Source License

This App is licensed under the Apache License 2.0. You may:

3.2 Restrictions

5. User Responsibilities

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App, superseding any prior agreements.
