[Feature request] Expand plugin to work as TCP middleware

First I would like to say thank you for your plugin, I like it!

My suggestion would be if it is possible to expand the functionality to be usable not only as HTTP middleware, but also as TCP middleware in Traefik?
My usecase would be: I route direct TCP ports via Pangolin into my home network to let family and friends do backups in my basement. All of them have their dynamic ip linked to a dyndns address.
