IP address of EN06 N3 seems not correct

Is the IP address of EN06 of N3 really supposed to be 10.100.0.14/30 like described here:

Should it be 10.100.0.1/30 because that IP would be in the same network as EN05 of N2 (10.100.0.2/30).
