Is it possible to prevent the 'white flash' background in the main window on Windows before app is loaded?

On Windows 11 with a dark theme, is is possible to prevent the white flash background in the main window while the app is loading?

For anyone else that comes here - the main discussion is here #1564

Although this doesn't completely solve the issue, setting the window to visible: false, creating a Tauri command to show_window, and then calling this via useEffect in App.tsx (for React) does reduce the flash, as well as improve the window's restored position if using tauri_plugin_window_state (the window will be resized and correctly position before it's shown)
