How to open any xlsx file with a shell plugin?

I want to open xlsx files from any location. How should permissions be configured?

If they can be anywhere you currently need to use

until tauri-apps/plugins-workspace#2691 is implemented.

If you need to use the shell plugin (we recommend the opener plugin as shell.open is deprecated) you need to give it a regex in tauri.conf.json as it doesn't support glob patterns afaik. So something like this i think
