How to use SharedArrayBuffer on Windows?

I use the following code in Vue, a frontend framework

const sharedBuffer = new SharedArrayBuffer(4);

But error reported:
Uncaught (in promise) ReferenceError: SharedArrayBuffer is not defined

I configured tauri.conf.json as follows:

    }

But there is still an error:

ah i forgot that the pr author also contributed docs. you also need to tell your dev server about it. The headers tauri config is only used in production. https://v2.tauri.app/security/http-headers/#frameworks
