error the method blocking_kind but its trait bounds were not satisfied

I am new to rust and also tauri 😅 .
Here is the error:

error[E0599]: the method `blocking_kind` exists for reference `&Vec<Record>`, but its trait bounds were not satisfied

Can someone tell me how to resolve?

As @lucasfernog pointed out in discord, Record must derive Serialize for it to be a return for the command and Deserialize for it to be an argument passed to the command.
