Automatic toolchain upgrade to nightly-2024-09-25 (model-checking#3547)

Update Rust toolchain from nightly-2024-09-23 to nightly-2024-09-25
without any other source changes.

We skip over 2024-09-24 as that version ICEs when trying to build
http-body (fixed by rust-lang/rust#130775).
