Graceful failure on exception #10
Description
Per collectiveidea/interactor#176 it would be handy to be able to define a handle_exception or similar on the interaktor which will allow defining an exception handler for certain exception types. This will allow an exception to be raised and handled, properly failing the context instead of raising an exception and stopping execution.
