/Tweakweapons cmd is broken

Each time I try to use /tweakweapons to enable or disable certain feature, it always says "feature X enabled" in dedicated server console.

Basically, it always activates selected tweak. 
At the same time it resets all other tweaks, disabling them.
(Bit value is always set to the selected tweak's value)
