6.24.14 no longer handles 🚒 in filenames for source

When running:

 source '/private/var/folders/v0/l8q3ghks2gs5ns2_p63tyqh40000gq/T/pytest-of-bgabor8/pytest-42/activation-tester-env0/'"'"'";&&e-$ èрт🚒♞中片-j/bin/activate.csh'

it fails with error:

/private/var/folders/v0/l8q3ghks2gs5ns2_p63tyqh40000gq/T/pytest-of-bgabor8/pytest-42/activation-tester-env0/'";&&e-$ èрт♞中片-j/bin/activate.csh: No such file or directory.
