set_charging_amps - Has there been an API Change?

Please help. My script has previously worked well. I can wake the car. I can't set the charge rate.

Has there been a API change?

I'm getting an error (see below) for the following request.

Please let me know if I am wrong but is seems that this package implements the "Owner's API" which is deprecated in favour of the new "Tesla Vehicle Command Protocol".
