Organizations OAuth Issues

In the past, the app requested OAuth access to my account and to organizations by itself. However, this does not seem to be the case anymore. I currently cannot get "Anonymous Github" to request OAuth access to an organization I am trying to anonymize a repository for. Is there anything I can do to trigger an OAuth request? Was this changed / am I missing something?
