refactor: change registerTabs return type to array in blueprint.stub and remove outdated test coverage output

- Updated `registerTabs` method in `blueprint.stub` to use `array` as the return type for improved consistency.
- Deleted `test/.output.txt` to remove obsolete and unused test results.
