Join wiki and code of PlinianCore into one repo

Steps:

• Get admin access to https://github.com/PlinianCore/Sources and https://github.com/PlinianCore/Documentation
• Download both locally
• Move Documentation wiki under Sources repo
• Push back to GitHub
• Rename sources to PlinianCore
• Move repo under TDWG organization
• Create team to maintain it
• Add people to team (https://github.com/orgs/PlinianCore/people)
• Remove PlinianCore org and indicate where info has moved to

Anyone experience with the 3rd step (@mdoering)?

I've done a step three before (merging two Git repositories, keeping all history). It would only take me five minutes to do it for this.

@MattBlissett awesome! Than it's better that you do this! So the idea is to merge the Documentation wiki into the sources repo and then push everything to the sources repo. I can then take it further from there.

Do you mean to put it in the Sources Github Wiki, or in the Sources code repository? If the latter, under what subdirectory?

Put documentation wiki in sources repository as the wiki. The documentation code (a README) will be ignored (should not be transferred), the sources wiki will be overwritten (is empty).

@PacoPando, thanks to the help of @MattBlissett, PlinianCore code + wiki are now merged (with all history intact). It is accessible at https://github.com/tdwg/PlinianCore. Some further steps:

• For now, the PlinianCore organization and PlinianCore documentation wiki are still around outside TDWG. That can potentially be confusing. You could either remove those (breaking any links to it, but if there aren't many it's a nice cleanup) or indicating that things have moved on the wiki, README (already done) and org.
• As long as the PlinianCore organization is around, any link to https://github.com/PlinianCore/Sources will redirect to the new https://github.com/tdwg/PlinianCore. Of course, I don't know if there were many links pointing to https://github.com/PlinianCore/Sources (in which case removing the PlinianCore org doesn't affect much).
• I've created a PlinianCore maintenance team under TDWG, which has admin access to the PlinianCore repo. I already invited @PacoPando, @nestorjal, @kbraak and @camiplata (the latter 3 were automatically transferred with the move to TDWG). There are however other people under the PlinianCore org that should be part of this team. Who should I invite further from https://github.com/orgs/PlinianCore/people?
