Vocabulary of terms for the SDS?

In the process of developing BDQ (see https://github.com/tdwg/bdq/blob/master/tg2/_review/README.md), we recognized the need for a vocabulary of the terms used in our Tests (https://github.com/tdwg/bdq/blob/master/tg2/_review/docs/list/bdqtest/index.md).

In ensuring alignment of BDQ with the SDS, we thought that a similar vocabulary of terms used in the SDS may be helpful?

Specific proposal for the SDS filed as tdwg/vocab#56

Not that the proposal is not for a key to terms in the SDS, but that the SDS should specify that TDWG vocabulary term list documents should contain a key to the terms they use.
