useful commands:
pip install protobuf==3.20.*

pip install sentencepiece(seeing error like: ValueError: Couldn't instantiate the backend tokenizer from one of:
(1) a tokenizers library serialization file,
(2) a slow tokenizer instance to convert or
(3) an equivalent slow tokenizer class to instantiate and convert.)

pip install transformers==4.11.3(seeing error like: packaging.version.InvalidVersion: Invalid version: '0.10.1,<0.11')
