Inquiry about Static framework distribution

I'm trying to use TeadsSDK in our project.
When you distribute TeadsSDK.xcframework and OMSDK_Teadstv.xcframework frameworks, you provide them as a dynamic framework.
Can you also distribute them as a static framework?
Because our project structure requires a static framework, I raised it as an issue.
