Touchpad Pro / Teleport Violating VNsea GPL License #170

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try downloading the source code for Touchpad Pro - it isn't the most
current code, and the developer has abandoned the project and closed the
source under the name Teleport.
2. Try downloading the source code for Teleport - you can't. This app is
being sold on the iTunes store for $24.99, but it was developed using VNsea
as its base.
What is the expected output?
The project should be under the GPL as it uses VNsea as its base. The
Teleport developer is violating the license.
