Count total wallets/addresses

Is that possible to add a total amount of wallets / addresses before Total in the richlist Wealth Distriubtion

I normally do paid requests for things like this but in this case the change was fairly easy and makes sense to add, so it has been added.

It is enabled by default for new explorer installs but if you have an existing explorer set up already you will need to first pull in the newest changes by using the npm run update-explorer cmd and then add the new show_address_count option to the richlist_page > wealth_distribution setting (see the settings.json.template change in d0dc23e)

@mamafunny I finally got around to adding a task to add coinpaprika support to the explorer. Since coingecko works great for my needs, I have made a crowdfunding task that you can contribute to with others to have it developed, or develop it yourself and claim the bounty. I also added a couple more donation addresses to the explorer README. 0x1E4163EE9721bCA934D9e40C792360A901a59E02 is the donation address for USDT on ETH, BNB and I believe any other EVM-compatible blockchain.
