Setup SSO on OCP for MSA authentication

Task description:

With MSA being at the core of Curriki, it is important that a solid SSO solution is in place to cater the needs to authentication and authorsation requirements. In this story, an SSO will be deployed on OCP and a dummy Quarkus microservice will be secured via OIDC.

Which grant do we want to implement? Since we do not have a front-end app, we cannot use the browser flow. Is it OK to implement using client secret?
