After installing the PC setup .exe I cant get it to install or open

I installed the x64-setup.exe, but when I tried opening it nothing happens. My curser loads for a short moment, then stops. I went through a couple of the posted issues and saw a reply saying to try the v2.1.12 (for a similar issue) and it still, nothing happened. I'm not sure what else to do lol

There is a log file in C:\Users\wiiz\AppData\Local\teamclouday\AndroidMic\cache\AndroidMic.log (replace wiiz by your username)
