[Feature Request] Share buttons on Subscription/Donation #65
Description
After a donor has subscribed or provided a single donation we should seriously consider giving them a one button press to share their contribution: Twitter/Facebook/LinkedIn.
We'd want to share the donate website's main page, rather than their donation page as it's a little bit of a password to manage their subscription.
