Time selection in program

Small proposal for change. When you are adding a program and selecting the time, please set default values ​​to 7:00 to 22:00 no 0:00 to 01:00.

Default duration is either real duration of playlist or 1 hour if they are shorter than 1 hour and playlist is appended after last item hence if program is empty it appends at start of day 0:00. This works as designed.
