pcb-svg need 2 copper layers

the pcb-svg has just one copper layer (copper0).
for a correct tht-part it should have a copper0 and a copper1 layer for
top and bottom copper-connectors.

e.g.:
<copper1>
<copper0>
<connectors>
</copper0>
</copper1>

I've hit this issue as well :(
I tried to fix it myself but I can't seem to re-import the fix (probably doing something wrong)
