Deal with relative paths

Should probably be part of #8.

Represent at the type level which kind of path we are dealing with to force ourselves to ensure we hold up all our assumptions:

• absolute vs relative
• known-as-existing vs we-just-made-it-up
• UTF8 vs bag of bytes
