Catesta Feature request - Support for Octopus Deploy

Octopus Deploy is a Ci CD Tool that has its origins firmly in the land of PowerShell and still keeps it firmly in mind to this day. Whilst they did remove the free for evaluation version for a while, that options now back and it would be good if Catesta could support it.

I'd love to see it support it as well.

Unfortunately I don't have much experience with Octopus Deploy. I've tagged this as help wanted and will definitely be open to accepting a PR from someone that is familiar with it.
