Update to 1.3 version of mod
-tweak to NPC performance hack - shot enemies will reactivate even if outside of deactivation range
-tweak to NPC performance - turn off unnecessary raycast processing
-fix rocket jump
-put ramp on very steep stairs in pharma and alpine to make it easier for VR players to go up those stairs without jumping
