Display net worth section more prominently

At the very least it should be above the accounts section rather than below it so you don't have to scroll all the way down to see it.

I'm going to be working on updating the dashboard in the near future.

This will include things like more widgets, and, more importantly, the ability to customize which widgets show up and to reorganize the layout.
