TMMT can't work on macOS

Hello,

I attempted to install the latest TMMT on QGIS-LTR for macOS, but I encountered numerous Python dependency errors.

Since macOS lacks the OSGeo4W Shell (unlike Windows), I don't have a reliable way to manage and install TMMT's dependencies. I am aware that directly installing dependencies into QGIS's bundled Python environment is risky—it can corrupt the environment and cause QGIS to become unstable. My attempts to do so failed regardless.

Could you please consider providing a solution or better support for macOS users in the future?

@3nids could you provide us a small feeback on how it should be installable on macOS and how QGIS is supposed to be better supported in 3.44 (https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7402682020235149312/)

A priori you should be able to manage python packages as some of these are necessary to any QGIS installation. But good practices and enhanced support should be brought to the apple community. This is true for any plugin relying on additional python libraries and should be brought up to the QGIS Board if necessary.

The pip3 command is now found here after a default install (adjacent to the bundled python):

/Applications/QGIS-LTR.app/Contents/MacOS/bin/pip3
If you open a terminal and type (for example to install pydantic):

/Applications/QGIS-LTR.app/Contents/MacOS/bin/pip3 install pydantic
you should get the result you're hoping for.

You can verify the library was installed in your Python library repository here:

/Applications/QGIS-LTR.app/Contents/Resources/python/site-packages
