i feel disturbed by telegram always asking me to rate a phonecall

Steps to reproduce

i don't need this. it always had been 5 starts. it's not useless airbnb where ID cards will get banned in masses.

and this also is interrupting:

it should be like in whatsapp on Windows where ringing a contact directly leads to a call and webcam can be enabled later. in whatsapp you can also start witha webcam call immediately.

the X-star rating also appears whatsapp and waaay to often.

Expected behaviour

directly ring the other person, no unnecessary step.

at least on unnecessary step.

not a bug. also, the "aditional step" was added because people complained of making erroneous phone calls.

mmmh ok, clever. for me it's way harder to make erroneous phone calls. there should be an option in the settings to skip the "additional step".

this reminds me of these settings

it was a living nightmare where after every listened voice message telegram recorded my voice on android automatically. i switched to Telegram X for a very long time. now after it had been fixed, i tried telegram android right away on a new android smartphone, i could also fix the fact that i don't want to listen to voice messages on external (loud) speaker but phone speaker. i had to tell my customers to send me the voice messages on whatsapp android, otherwise other listened too.

this is also happening in 1 of 10 calls.

i just repeat the call progress.
