A custom CI for generating codesnadboxes

Time to revisit this, JayaKrishnaNamburu#3 (comment)

Where the code-generators are run in the CI env, and then generate sandboxes for commits. We can set up a bot account to handle all this approaches. With the increasing number of features and considering the set of frameworks that we are supporting. This is much needed in my opinion.

We can generate these sandboxes and cross check if the projects generated or breaking or working as intended.
