Console Error and announcements banner is not shown on Report Server pages

Describe the bug
There is a console error and the announcement banner is not shown on Report Server Pages.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://docs.telerik.com/report-server/introduction or any other page in the left navigation
2. Open DevTools
3. See error
   "https://docs.telerik.com/kendo-api/announcements/report-server - Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404"

Expected behavior
No console errors, yellow announcement banner is shown

From this morning this is reproducible also for reporting pages, example:
https://docs.telerik.com/reporting/introduction

The console error is :
https://docs.telerik.com/kendo-api/announcements/reporting 404
