Clicking the "Set" button in adaptive mode resets the selected date value

Description

When the DateRange is displayed in its adaptive rendering and has an initial value set, clicking the "Set" button without modifying the selected date value, resets the value.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open the following demo - https://www.telerik.com/kendo-angular-ui/components/dateinputs/daterange/adaptive#adaptiveness
2. Toggle the device switch to tablet or mobile view.
3. Open the DateRange popup.
4. Click the "Set" button.

Actual Behavior

Clicking the "Set" button resets the initially selected date range value.

Expected Behavior

Clicking the "Set" button should persist the initially selected date range value.

Additional Context
