Wrong title displayed for the Y Axis pane in Format tab when Scatter chart is selected

Description

When a Scatter chart is selected in the Chart Wizard, "(inherited font)" is rendered for the title of the Y Axis pane.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open the following page - https://www.telerik.com/kendo-angular-ui/components/chart-wizard
2. In the demo, select Scatter Chart in the Chart tab.
3. Go to the Format tab.
4. Scroll down and observe that the title for the Y Axis pane says "(inherited font)".

Actual Behavior

The "(inherited font)" text is displayed for the title of the Y Axis pane.

Expected Behavior

A suitable text like "Y Axis" should be displayed for the title of the Y Axis pane.

Workaround

Use the formatYAxis property of the kendo-chartwizard-messages component and manually set a title for the Y Axis pane:
