Pivotgrid: sync between available columns and selected columns #4817

Description
In the pivotgrid component, when unticking every field, then adding them back, then, il the 'Columns' section, removing the second to last element, both second to last and the last items are removed.
Steps To Reproduce
- untick every field
- in the 'columns' section, removing the second to last element
- see that in the 'fields' section, two elements got unticked
- see that, when selecting the last field, it is checked, but not visible in the 'columns' section

Actual Behavior
One more element is delete and then, the two collections are out of sync.
Expected Behavior
When removing a given column, it only removes to selected one.
