DatePicker in grid closes popup on iPad / iPhone

Current behavior

Using grid with batch and incell edit mode. Datepicker calendar popup cannot be used. Only the input can be used to select a date.

Expected behavior

Users should be able to use the DatePicker calendar to select dates on iPad

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions

Dojo

1. Open the example on an iPad or iPhone running iPadOs or iOS
2. Double-tap on the date column
3. Тap on input to show the keyboard
4. Try to open the calendar to select a date

-> the calendar popup closes immediately

NOTE: The issue is not reproducible when the keyboard is not shown.

Environment

kendo version 2023.3.1114

Browser:

• Safari (iPadOS) version 17
• Safari (iOS) version 17

This is still happening in the latest release of KendoUI for jQuery (2022 R3). I need a solution to fix this.
