MultiSelect duplicates selected item

**When start typing to find an entity and add it in the Multiselect, it is possible to add the same entity again.

Reproduction of the problem

1. Open this dojo example
2. Type "un"
3. Select "Uncle Bob's Organic Dried Pears"
4. Delete the text "un"
5. Select "Uncle Bob's Organic Dried Pears" again

Current behavior

The Multiselect is adding the same item.

Expected/desired behavior

The Multiselect should not add the same item. It has to be deselected.
