Kendo Grid resize handle not working with virtual scroll #7033

Double click on one of the first columns to see that the grid resizes the column correctly. Then, double click on one of the columns with a red background (with header name from "Field16" to the end) to see that the grid does expand the column correctly, but instead shrinks it.
Current behavior
Instead of expanding the column to match the width of the text, the grid shrinks it.
Expected/desired behavior
The grid should expand the column so that its width matches the width of the text.
