The columns.selectable does not override the selectable.mode when set to "single".

Bug report

Setting the columns.selectable to true does not override the selectable.mode when set to "single".

Reproduction of the problem

1. Run this https://dojo.telerik.com/@sspasova/iniHOQEK
2. Click on the header checkbox.

Current behavior

Only the checkbox in the first row is checked.

Expected/desired behavior

All the checkboxes on the page are checked

The documentation for the Selection feature states that the usage of the Checkbox selection functionality and the regular selection that is enabled through selectable, cannot be used simultaneously:

Additionally, the selectable: true configuration is described as being equivalent to selectable: 'row'. In my opinion, changing this default behavior can cause further confusion.

I would consider this to not be a bug.
