Misaligned header in exported PDF file.

Ticket - 1600731

Reproduction of the problem

The client has provided a code sample in the first message of the ticket. Once you run it and export the grid to PDF, you'll be able to observe the problem.

The problem can also be observed in the following Dojo where two of the columns are hidden:

Current behavior

The header is misaligned.

Expected/desired behavior

The header should be aligned properly.
