The name of the custom tool in the Editor is not added as a class in the element

When a custom tool is defined in the Editor, the name of the tool is not added as a class for the generated element

Regression introduced with 2023.1.314

Reproduction of the problem

1. Open this Dojo example - https://dojo.telerik.com/QHrAbGsa/10
2. Inspect the custom tool

Current behavior

The span element representing the icon doesn't have the tool's name as a class

Expected/desired behavior

The span element representing the icon should have a k-i-any class

Environment

• Kendo UI version: 2024.4.1112
• Browser: [all ]

That is the expected behaviour as per the documentation, and it was working as expected in previous versions. Switching the issue to a regression
