JS error thrown on resizing a Gantt event in the timeline

Error is thrown in console when an event is resized in the timeline.
Note: Reproducible in Dojo and playground, not in demo site. Regression since 2023.2.718

Current behavior

Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'remove')
at o._removeDragHint

Expected/desired behavior

Error shall not appear
