Gird Column filter input is not focused when you click on it

Bug report

In a Grid with enabled navigation and custom column cell filter, the input is not focused and hitting Enter does not filter the data.

Reproduction of the problem

1. Open this Dojo example - https://dojo.telerik.com/@martin.tabakov@progress.com/exUYasAt/2
2. Click on the filter in the Name column
3. Type some text and hit enter

Current behavior

The data is not filtered.

Expected/desired behavior

The data should be filtered.

You can submit PRs for any of the components that are in active development in the open-source bundle:
https://github.com/telerik/kendo-ui-core/tree/master/src

The Grid is unfortunately not in that list so there is no way to submit code changes for it.
